After their HUGE success in 2025 – Sound baths with Feeling Sound are staying!
Every Wedneday afternoon and evening you can escape the stress & sink into sound – No swimsuit needed!
Sessions will take place every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 1.30pm & 8pm.
Clare Savory, qualified sound therapist and musician, will be joining us a resident practitioner, to hold sound baths in our beautiful studio setting. These events will be gentle, grounded sound baths for real-life stresses – backed by neuroscience and delivered with heart.
Clare has a playful, fun spirit and is on a mission to share how the power of sound can help us feel safe, seen, and supported – enabling deep rest, in soothing, nature-inspired spaces, with sessions designed to restore.
Did you know…
Just 15 minutes of deep sound relaxation can shift your brainwaves, begin to regulate your nervous system and replenish key minerals like potassium and sodium, helping your body find its natural rhythm again?
Wondering what a gong bath is?
A gong bath, also known as sound therapy or a sound bath, uses music, sound, and instruments to improve health and promote wellbeing.
Sound baths aren’t just soothing — they’re scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, ease physical pain, and boost the immune system.
All you have to do – is sit in a chair or lie on your mat, with an invitation to close down your eyes and drift off into a peaceful and potentially transformative day dream!
Here’s a review Katie – a first time gong bath attendee – left for Clare on Facebook a few weeks ago:
“I had the profound pleasure of attending a gong bath tonight and I can honestly say it was one of the most spiritually nourishing experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the space, there was a sense of calm and sacredness.
Soft lighting, gentle incense, and a welcoming energy set the perfect tone. All whilst being wrapped up by trees and nature sounds including a trickling stream.
As the gongs began to sound, wow! The vibrations rolled over and through me like waves of energy, unlocking tension I didn’t even know I was holding.
At times, it felt as if I were floating, other times like I was being gently cradled by the universe itself. Each tone seemed to reach deep into my spirit, clearing out mental clutter and emotional residue. There were moments of deep stillness, clarity, and even a few quiet tears, cathartic and freeing.
It felt like a reset for my soul.
Clare held space beautifully, respectfully, intuitively, and was clearly exceptionally connected to the work. I walked away feeling lighter, deeply centered, and with a profound sense of peace.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically stagnant or just in need of a sacred pause, I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing a gong sound bath.
It’s not just sound, it’s soul medicine.”
