Yoga, Relaxation and Embodied Movement

Here, at Riverside Wellbeing, we have a wide range of yoga classes and courses – there’s something to suit everyone!

All classes are kept to 10 participants only. You can expect an intimate and cozy dedicated studio space, set within nature. A space for peace and tranquility. All props and equipment are provided, on street parking available. All you need to bring is yourself!

YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF – WITH SALLY:  THURSDAY  7.30 – 8.30PM

You’ve been told yoga will help you but you have no idea where to start.
Life feels a lot right now and you need a gentle, quiet hour for you each week.
You’ve tried yoga before in person or online but struggle to commit or maintain a regular practice.
You specifically want to focus on relaxation and reducing stress.
 

YOGA & SOMATIC MOVEMENT – WITH SALLY: WEDNESDAY  6.30 – 7.45PM

Join us for a journey of transformation, wellbeing, and embodied awakening. 
Each week will offer a unique focus, allowing you to dive deep into different aspects of somatic movement and yoga that can be integrated into your daily life. Whether it’s gentle stretches to unwind tight muscles, breathwork to soothe the nervous system, or mindfulness practices to cultivate presence and peace, you’ll leave each session feeling refreshed and renewed.

THURSDAY EVENING YOGA WITH TASHA: THURSDAY 5.30 – 6.30PM  

Suitable for all – Enjoy some movement with a gentle Hatha Vinyasa Flow followed by a relaxing meditation.
